Job Summary:
As the Sr Demand Generation Manager at SmartChoice, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth. You’ll own strategy, execution, and measurement across paid media, email, events, and content syndication—building programs that connect with CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs in enterprise markets. This is a high-impact role where success is measured not just by impressions and clicks, but by pipeline contribution and revenue influence. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximize ROI.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None initially, but potential to manage campaign specialists or agency partners as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Ownership: Build and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Campaign Orchestration: Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (paid social, paid search, ABM, events, webinars, email, content syndication).
- Sales Alignment: Partner with sales leadership to define target audiences, lead scoring, and campaign follow-up strategies.
- ABM Strategy: Develop account-based marketing programs targeting enterprise organizations with multiple locations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track funnel performance (MQL → SQL → Opps) and present results with clear ROI insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Support teams to develop assets that support campaigns.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Own demand gen budget and manage external vendors/agencies as needed.
- Continuous Optimization: Run A/B tests, refine targeting, and experiment with new channels to improve conversion and efficiency.
- Growth-Driven: You are laser-focused on scaling lead generation, engagement, and revenue.
- Strategic & Hands-On: You love building and executing strategies from ideation to implementation.
- Data-Savvy: You make decisions based on analytics, performance metrics, and trends.
- Tech-Smart: You have experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, SEO, paid ads, and conversion optimization.
- Fast-Paced & Adaptable: You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
- Proven track record of building campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and HubSpot.
- Experience designing and executing ABM programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, pipeline metrics, and campaign attribution.
- Ability to write and edit campaign messaging resonates with technical and executive buyers.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments.
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS, telecom, or technology.
- Proven track record of building campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
