1. Territory Management:
- Manage and own the Florida market as your territory, including the identification of target clients and industries.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to understand their communication requirements and pain points.
- Recommend and tailor SmartChoice's unified communications solutions to meet client needs effectively.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets for the Florida market.
- Actively participate in community events, industry conferences, and local business associations to build a strong professional network.
- Leverage community relationships to discover new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop a deep understanding of SmartChoice's product portfolio, features, and benefits.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of SmartChoice's unified communications offerings.
- Utilize consultative and solution-based selling skills to overcome objections and close sales opportunities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasts to meet or exceed quota requirements, using CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to support the sales process and enhance client relationships.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with management regarding sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Technical knowledge or experience with unified communications and collaboration solutions is a plus.
